Through supporting organizations planing or requiring organization change, he has experience in evolving in store experience/merchandising, vendor management, opening new business segments and channels, reducing opex and establishing simplified performance indicators. As a data-driven self-starter, his experience and track record demonstrate he excels in navigating complex relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, P&L oversight, and team development. Based in both US and Canada, Michael specializes in driving execution, optimizing inventory, and fostering growth in dynamic e-commerce and retail environments.
